Product Manager Early Maize
In 2010, Carol earned his technological diploma in Biology, with specialization in Agronomy, at the University of Angers. Determined to specialize in seeds and ready to go into the field, he decided to continue his studies with a professional degree in Plant Improvement at the University of Lyon.In 2011, Carol joined Limagrain Europe as an account manager on a fixed-term contract for the Normandy region. At the end of his contract, he secured an open-ended contract for the Picardie Nord Pas de Calais region.
In 2013, through internal mobility, he returned to his original region of Maine et Loire still as an account manager.
At the end of 2018, Carol had been wanting to make a change to marketing for several months. A Product Manager position for Early Maize opened up, and after 3 interviews he landed his dream job!
Carol’s advice: “Don’t be afraid to be daring: dare to change sector, dare to discover other crops. The most important thing is to show you want it.”
