In 1998, Frédéric his engineering degree specializing in mechanical engineering, at the same time, he also obtained a diploma of advanced studies option manufacturing at the National Institute of Applied Sciences of Lyon.In 1999, he began his professional life in a company from the tobacco industry as Technical Manager. Over the years, Frederic will accumulate many experiences in management, production management, and project management.
In 2009, Frederic joined Limagrain Ingredients as Director of Operations. In this position, he supervised all operations activities (industry, supply chain, sales administration, quality…).
In 2015, he moved to the position of Quality Safety Environment and Corporate Social Responsibility Director at Limagrain Europe.
Since 2019, Frederic has been seconded as Change Management Director for an internal transformation project aimed at improving the overall performance of the company.
Frederic’s advice: “For my part, I joined Limagrain out of desire, the company’s values are in total harmony with mine. The at the level of the specificities of my job I would give as advice to be persistent and not to be afraid to try things”.
