CONCRETE EXAMPLe
The mixture of companion plants for Oil Seed Rape, ASSIST+:• An agronomic solution to secure the establishment of Oil Seed Rape in autumn, against the pressure of insects and weeds.
• A non-chemical and sustainable solution, based on biological synergy between the LG OSR genetic advantages and the mixture of Companion Plants.
• A reduction in mineral fertilization by natural nitrogen fixation in the soil.

All our new products will be assessed using sustainable development criteria by 2025.
Limit the environmental impact of our activities
CONCRETE EXAMPLE
Biodiversity conservation and management plans have been implemented on 7 of our sites in France and in Europe. These plans are intended to promote local biodiversity and fully integrate it into the management of our sites.

Europe is fully involved in its territories of establishment and seeks to maintain a quality relationship with all the stakeholders there. For example:
• A Solidarity Fund has been created to support our employees and their families in Ukraine
• In Germany, a call for projects is launched annually to support the local impact projects of our employees and partner farmers
